[ARC5] BC-342 Volume Controls

Thanks for the suggestion. The -348s we have lying around are too nice to borrow parts from. :-) I've buttoned up the -342 & am calling it "good enough" for now. It works rather well though I (and probably only I) know it could be doing a bit better. If/When I get my hands on another vol control, I'll see if I can bring it all the way up.

I was just working on the BC-348-N I have been trying to restore and noted that at the least the J-N-Q models also use a dual volume control, although of a bit different value than the BC-342, something like 125K/350K.  Since 348's are a bot more common, I think, that might offer another source of parts for a 342.
