[ARC5] [Milsurplus] CW Keying Wheel

    This is a better site than the ones I found for Omnigraph. They were 
widely advertised as learning tools. Probably easy to adapt it to keying 
a beacon. It does appear from the pictures that its an Omnigraph disc. 
Now, how did they make it?
