[ARC5] dying hobby?

Maybe a couple decades back, i bought at a hamfair a Navy MN radio. I don't know now why i would have bought it, maybe the combination
of "no one else wanted it, i decided to 'save' it" plus a low price, of course. Later i realized i didn't want to do anything with it, i took it back to
a hamfair and sold it. I think the buyer was not "one of us" types, so its fate is probably the dumpster after he passes on or cleans house. 
Anyway, it had some kind of identification on it that it was used for 'remote source' audio for a classic music station in Eugene or Portland,
Oregon. KWAX comes to mind now.
