[ARC5] hospital, bad news

I am going to get things checked out. Something I really do question about the diagnosis is that the only symptom I seem to have is the enlarged lymph nodes. No weight loss, no easy bruising, no nausea, no unexplained fatigue. Something just isn’t right. I go Monday for more tests, a PET scan bloodwork. Whatever it is, I plan to beat it. I have too many boat-anchor projects in the works. And weddings to go to, and grand-nephews and grand nieces to meet.

It is certainly possible to get a false positive and they should always be retested. Second opinion is vital. My almost wife was told, and I was told, she was going to die. She didn't because there was a new procedure. It saved her. One result of surviving cancer is that you forever after watch your back. My friend is very courageous and strong. I think she survived mostly because she decided she was going to. She just didn't let it happen and pursued the medicine until she found the specialist at U of C who did the procedure.
