[ARC5] HV oil caps - keep or not ?

That's *Chernobyl *oil }

I thought PCB oil was made during WWII just for the electronics market?

Seems to me I remember a scandal in post WWII Japan, some entrepreneur 
selling PCB oil to fry  food in because it would  not go rancid?  Think 
this was transformer oil with PCB's ?

Don't take my word for it.
