[ARC5] BC-946-B parts or get it working?

I have a BC-946-B in very nice condition but missing three items. I hate to just leave it as a donor/parts receiver and would like to get it operational.  The missing parts are:
   L-15  AF choke 3 henries,
   J-2    The 3-pin connector on the back deck,
   V-2    The neon bulb across the output transformer.
I don’t know what the previous owner had in mind when L-15 and J-2 were removed and an octal socket installed.
Is there a chance someone might have the above three parts and are avialable?
