[ARC5] RAX If Frequency

They didn't use de.  It was vvv vvv vvv npg npg npg f f f. Repeated until there was traffic.  They identified as npg/nlk  when the two were keyed together.  I  don't remember if the other high power stations has a code letter. I uses to record the transmission s and plY them back at half speed for practice Sent from my Galaxy
