[ARC5] BC-348 wreck for sale or parts

Agreed!  There was much groaning and sadness when inspecting this after it was deposited on my workbench.
I thought I should offer it either as a whole or as parts, though.  Did not really expect anyone to take it all unless they happened to be nearby.  There is one interested fellow at the Forum, depending on the shipping cost, but that likely won't go through.
Also, I apologize for the attempt to link to the Forum to show the photos.  I thought I'd been able to see discussion threads there before when I was not logged into the Forum, and I wasn't sure which of the QTH groups would accept the photos.  I *thought* it was a good idea at the time. (How often have we all said that before??)

  Truly with all due respect to the individual who offered, and as one who with some regularity fixes up '348s, this unit is not worth postage. That said, if one is grazing for parts and the thing is across town, might be worth the drive, as a donator unit.
