[ARC5] Jeeps with Radio Equipment

I just did a search for WW2 Radio Jeeps and almost the first picture that came up was a jeep with what looked like an RU-16 receiver and a transmitter mounted in it.

And in that same jeep, mounted where the front passenge seat would be, is a gasoline powered generator.  

By the way, somewhere I have an original WWII manual for overhaul of the Homelite portable generator.

That search also revealed what was claimed to be an authentically restored D-Day jeep with some kind of unknown radio equipment in it, and with a BC-221 very prominately located in the rear.
