[ARC5] Recent auction

 How much of the high much of the high prices is cabin fever? People just getting out after being cooped up. No hamfests for a year. Guys anxious for new projects. Maybe a little more free time for those working from home. I just think back to the past and how crazy things were at the first hamfest in the spring after the long winter layoff.

Housing out of sight (although signs that market 'bubble' is peaking out), etc. For myself, my shelf is full of radios to restore so I am just off to the side watching and fondly remembering the 'old' days.
