[ARC5] Waking up Command Receivers

I will only re-stuff the can-caps if I am completely restoring a museum-quality piece for a 
museum or a WWII aircraft restoration.....which includes not one single one of those badly 
hacked up rigs I still have left here.

I prefer to completely remove them, install metalized film caps directly where they belong and 
fill the holes with 3 X 48 binder-head screws, nuts and lockwashers.

I want to USE my receivers, not just look at them.

As I have repeatedly stated here, I regard these receivers as the very finest single-band HF 
receivers ever designed and built.

And the transmitters ain't too shabby either.
