[ARC5] More Solid State Tube Conversions

I looked at the following two issues of HR and there was no "Short Circuits" column of corrections
to the ss conversion article. So we shall see. I did benefit tho by looking up those later issues: one
had the article "A Low Frequency Weather Receiver". It so happens I have the original item, and 
as it's neither useful or actually attractive, the article will identify the parts for reuse.  -Hue Miller
