[ARC5] [External Sender] solid state vibrator basics

J: I'll scan in the sheet that I have and see if it will be clean enough 
to read. It's probably a 10th generation copy, but I do know that I have 
a better one somewhere here in the office, but things are too much 
disrupted to find it. The week of sub-zero temps and no power for 
several days reeked havoc around here.
