[ARC5] [External Sender] solid state vibrator basics

I'll scan the schematic either tonight, if I don't go to work, or on 
Friday morning when I get home. Supposed to get a bunch of ice tonight 
and we had a 100 vehicle wreck this morning, just past where I change 
freeways on the way to work. Not anticipating opening the road til late 
tonight due to number of vehicles involved and the fatalities.
