[ARC5] [External Sender] solid state vibrator basics

Hi,

This is close to what I found in the ARRL Handbook and I built one and 
used it. Another similar one from 73 Magazine. The FTE design should be 
able to deliver better efficiency and that is where I am going next. If 
I have enough lifetime left I will compare the two designs - bipolar vs 
FET. I expect the FET design to give better performance with longer 
battery life. Battery life is a critical factor in battery powered 
operation.
