[ARC5] Signal Corps ACing of BC-348s

Here is mine. No indication who did the work, but the wiring is all laced.
The power transformer looks big enough to handle a paired transmitter.
Possibly some military electronics repair facility.
There are cooling openings added to the cabinet.
