[ARC5] Signal Corps ACing of BC-348s

Don't know about a Signal Corps power supply for the BC-348 but it's very
plausible. The Navy had one made by Hallicrafters. Here's mine.

Since the services needed to know what each other were doing, and the even
early Presidential planes were equipped with BC-348, there was certainly a
need. I believe that the landing fields in Britain were also equipped.
