[ARC5] Auxiliary air fields

Hi Hue,
   In California I know of one “Auxiliary air field” that had a mobile tower when use by the Air Force aircraft.  It was  5000’ paved strip with only empty fields around.  It also had a painted carrier on the strip so the Navy used it too.  I used it as a practice field in the 1970s. You have a similar field near you a few miles east of Coupeville, WA.
