The original post had a picture what I assUme that were his measured numbers penciled on the the test sheet.It appeared that the short was in the 2nd IF vicinity (lowest reading) which is pulling down all the other plate readings.
It should be relatively easy to find.

It is obviously a resistive short in the plate B+ line from the numbers you showed us.
