[ARC5] [OT] Ground-to-parachute comms. Was Talking to Airplanes From the Ground

As a comment on the sensitivity of the BC-611. I recall listening to 
mine in the front yard of our home in Rockville, MD, just north of WDC, 
on a summer evening shortly after I received it.  I was truly impressed 
by its ability to listen in on a round table from the W8 area around 
Michigan.  All this with the little 4-foot long antenna.
