[ARC5] ARC-5/274-N SAelectivity - separating IF coils

In 1956 I bandspreaded my 454 and 455 by removing tuning cap plates, worked great and helped this Novice make plenty of CW contacts and pass the General. I didnt know about the crystal method OR the regenerative IF darn it. BUT it was better than the HB regen I started with. Next up was a HQ-129X so I could chase 15M WAS and DX.
The BS procedure was in a CQ Magazine iffn I remember.
