A few decades ago I took apart tens of the old 2 MHz AM radios. I'm sure I have a few of the 2837 kHz
crystals and I will note to try to find them, if anyone is interested in pursuing that experiment. I am
presently downsizing my accumulation and the future of my radio equipment group does not include
Command Sets, so I won't need them.
BUT – I had thought of this approach for the RAX 7 – 27.  I always forget what the RAX IF was, something like
2745 kHz, which is not any old 2 MHz channel, so I will have to settle for 'nearby'.
