When I told August my MFuk transmitter was lacking the cover over the interrupter,
he sent me the part. Who has spare parts for a German WWI spark transmitter ?
He told me he already had one of the same model, so no interest in a trade on that.
He did get from me a DeForest, WWI, single audion tube receiver. But to me, that
was just not at all fun, not usable.
BTW, I had thought spark transmitters were just not very effective, but mine burned
out a 60 watt light bulb on the antenna connection. The quenched gap made a pretty
nice waterfall of sparks.
