[ARC5] Flite-Trionics PC-15 Inverter

I just picked up a Flite-Tronics PC-15 static inverter.  It has 28 VDC input and outputs of 115 VAC 400 HZ 2.17A and 26 VAC 400 HZ 2,8 amps. 

Does anyone have any hook-up info for this equipment? it has a single 7 pin MS-3102/3106 type connector.

Also, does anyone need any meters, 20 ua - 0 - 20 ua and 0 - 50 ua?  I can get three each of those for free.
