[ARC5] Solid State Conversion of a BC-779

Where does the AR-60 fit into that price range? I think it cost about $800 in 1936, more or less. 
I just now looked at its schematic and I see it uses a #991 bulb as HFO regulator.

I concur that the Hammarlund Super Pro was and is a fabulous receiver. It was the absolute top of
the line when it appeared, and still among the best for decades.
