Hammond makes a number of "high henry" chokes you should know about.

Approximate Mouser prices shown. They do not list a 200 Hy choke. 

I have a BC-221 with an open choke. A 220k ohm resistor seems to work ok instead. 

PS: very likely Hammond makes a nice little 6.3 v and 150 v transformer ideal for making the needed power supply. Also, the Ameco PS-1 supply for their converters and preamps is ideal.
