[ARC5] AC Motor Start Caps as Filters

In the time we have been discussing it, I wired one up and turned it on.
Of course, I rolled it out in the driveway and turned it on with my ten
foot stick I used to turn on all my projects on with the first time. As
soon as I can find my extension cord, I'm going to plug it in and try it
again.
