[ARC5] BC-348R - fair price?

The "Opening the BC-348" story: 
I was at the Rickreall hamfest with Brad Whiting, adjacent shared tables.
Brad had brought an ARC-2 he was negotiating to sell to, I forget name right now.
The potential buyer wanted to have a look inside, but the radio wasn't drawing out of the cabinet.
After some minutes of different people trying, I volunteered to use my own always-works method.
I placed the radio with back side down on floor in front of me. Then with a foot clamping the left
and right side of the radio, I pull up. This works with recalcitrant radios and if wearing soft shoes,
no scuff and no damage. So I pull and I pull, and it's not coming. What's wrong? Then somehow
it came to me, probably from having gone thru this before somewhere in the past: look at that
cooling vent cover in the back. You have to unscrew that first, or even King Kong couldn't pull
out the chassis!
