[ARC5] AB5S Kung Flu Update, 13 June - source?

    If this is about ebay and paypal I also got a refund recently 
on a book I ordered. Book never came and was evidently lost by 
the USPS.  The person I bought it from was helpful on the other 
end. This was small stuff, less than $10.00, but nonetheless was 
handled quickly and efficiently.  I have seen so many horror 
stories bout ebay and pay pal that I think some good stories are 
in order.
