I want to comment on something maybe only slightly connected: using Paypal.
I bought 2 boxes of masks from a company whose listing said "California stock".
The "Calfornia stock" never arrived. When I finally figured enough time had elapsed
and complained, I got my money refunded in one day. The company was in China,
surprise! and shortly went out of business. 
I also ordered one of those "Extra PC" OS on mem stick things and in three tries,
the company did not send the right item. They could not get the order right 
nohow! When I took it up with Paypal I got a full refund in 2 days and I kept their
missent items!
