    There are many brands of diet quinine water, no sugar. I 
wonder if its just as effective.
    My doctor recommended quinine water for leg cramps. I tried 
it but don't think it made much difference. The only side effect 
I had was the usual bloating I get from any seltzer water.
    Somehow the combination of quinine and zinc is familiar but 
can't remember what it was recommended for.
