[ARC5] Command set BFO coil - is it affected by the can filler (beeswax?)

 It was common for all radios in that era to have wax on the coils.I personally have never encountered one where the wax caused any problems.

My question: is the BFO coil similarly exposed to the same goop and does that also lead to failures?
