A log of 24/XII/19 follows (QTH East of San Francisco; time
O'Dark:30). Note Canadian beacons run at 400 watts and the ID sideband is
almost always 400 Hz (+-) above the carrier. I tune them, on the WiNRADiO
G33 SDR and vertical antennas paired, by getting the lowest frequency
beacon and just clicking up One KHz through the band. For me, East Coast
beacons are rare, but Western Canadians frequent.
