[ARC5] FT-226A rack wiring diagram or pin outs?

I've Googled, but I cannot find a wiring diagram for the FT-226A rack..

Can anyone help?

Also, how rare are the screen grid modulators, I haven't seen any show
for sale on eBay?  BC-456A?
