[ARC5] T17/ARC-5 transmitter--looking for one...

For the ARC-5 radios, the correct radio mounts are very hard to find.

T-17s around, but they aren't often offered for sale, so are
almost as hard to acquire.  If you want to operate 160 meters,
the ATA  and T-18 2.1-3.0 MC are very easy to rubber-down
and work fine there.
