[ARC5] Command Set Receiver Dial Nut

Sorry for the delay, Phil.  It's a 1/2-27 thread, the same size as the 
thread on the tuning spline cable nut on the receiver and the dial nut 
on the transmitter.  ARC was a big believer in reusing sizes that worked 
well.  The thread goes back to the 1930s, and was used on the 
SCR-183/283 dual band coil box switch and the loop/antenna switch.
