[ARC5] Battery Report

Personally I have given up on hoping for any kind of 'non-leaking' dry cell
battery - just not convinced that there is any brand that is safe for long
periods of time. And the damage done when they do leak is (or can be)
rather nasty. So I just leave the batteries out of the device until I want
to use it and then I put fresh ones in. A bit (ha!) of a PITA but certainly
safer than any other approach.
