[ARC5] Is this any good?

I noticed this ad on QRZ for a 4X150  JAN military part still in a sealed
(rusty) can.  I am curious to know if it would really be any good after all
these years and how would one go about bringing it to life.  I assume one
would have to run the filaments for several hours to recondition the tube.
But ceramic tubes are known to leak.  So, perhaps the vacuum would be gone.

Your thoughts?
