[ARC5] It's National Navajo Code Talkers Day

There a pretty thorough Wikipedia article 
<https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Code_talker>.  It seem we used Cherokee 
and Choctaw on the field phones during WWI, so I guess the Krauts might 
have been on to us.
