I was alerted today to the news of a second edition of the book "Tube Lore". Which I was happy to see, as I missed out on this book while it was available,
and I see some online sellers were hoping to get $300+ for pre-owned copies. 

The ad copy for the new "Tube Lore" reads, 
"After being out-of-print for many years, Ludwell Sibley has released an updated version of his classic book..." 
I commented that Ludwell Sibley never went out of print; in fact, I communicated with him earlier this year. 

I commented about  similar errors to the BBC History magazine, which was rife with them. How can actual college graduates make such mistakes?
