[ARC5] BC 453 request - ham radio

Depends on the lamp. I have CFLs that seem to be noise free
and others that sound like a buzz saw cutting steel plate. You
have to try them to know. Also, around here, street lamps are
often very noisy. Lots of other noise sources in the big city.
