[ARC5] Loctals and Hickok 6000A

Most receiving tubes were rated +/- 10% in normal operation, plus the swings normally encountered in automotive use. This was based on surveys of the variations of a 117VAC line variation thruout the USA.

Philco had Loktals designed and built by Tung Sol and over the hundreds of Philco auto and home radios Ive worked on since the 60's Ive yet to find one with an example of filament abuse. In fact, reseat a few times to loosen the corrosion and they still pass all the tests on my 752A.
