[ARC5] Loctals and Hickok 6000A

Hi,
the 12series tubes operated in automotive systems too. Today we get all
anal about 12 volt devices being 12.0000000000000 volts because of all
those cool digits on out DVMs. Those systems run to 15 volts (or more)
and the tube heaters work just fine there. Down to 8 or 9 volts too.
It's similar with 6series tubes.
The 7 and 14 series part numbers were intended to indicate the loctal
series tubes just by inspection of the schematic or block diagrams or
the parts list.
