[ARC5] LCR meter recommendations?

While I have Network Analyzers that can measure capacotance and inductance at the operating frequency and well a digital meter I kept my old Heathkit Cpcitance meter with the Magic Eye tube because I can measure leakage current up to 500VDC.

I also use the leakage measurement as a high pot tested when I fabricate coax cables.
