[ARC5] LCR meter recommendations?

I will remind you all, the OP asked about DIGITAL meters.

I have a ZM-11, an HP, and several other older non-digital bridge-type meters, all of which
work, and are accurate. I seem to remember that the ZM-11 is a military version of the
GR-1650 type, but I could be wrong.

I own a Dave Smith Low Ohms/ESR meter, which works very well too.

I also have at least three capacitor testers, which can test for leakage at the rated voltage. I
find one of my rebuilt Heathkit C-3s most useful for this purpose since they are small, quick
to use, and work very well. I use one regularly, especially for testing for leakage at up to 450
VDC.

IMHO, the Puerto Rican TO-5 clone I own is the best of this type.

In fact, I think most of the bridge-type LCR units are un-necessarily accurate and
complicated to use for my ham radio purposes.

BUT, they are one heck of a lot of fun to use too. :-)

Again, remember, the OP asked about DIGITAL meters...
