[ARC5] Carbon Comp Drift

Here are the results of the resistance tests done on the GRC-9 receiver this morning:

27K marked = measures 28K

270K marked = measures 651K

150K marked = measures 246K

1 meg marked = measures 1317K

1 meg marked = measures 1350K

470K marked = measures 650K

56K marked = measures 86K

Obviously, all but the 27K resistor need to be replaced
