[ARC5] Carbon Comp Drift

    I think it was a combination of the binder and casing. Ohmite 
resistors seem to be more stable than most. Have not seen enough 
IRCs to know for certain. None are completely stable and over 
maybe 100K they are almost always out of spec.
    Use modern carbon or metal film resistors. While many think 
the reactance of these is high it is actually less than carbon 
comp resistors. The film resistors are very stable and very long 
lived.
