[ARC5] Receiver Bench Test Adapter

Probably in that back aisle where my son, granddaughter and I  found the
hoard of BC-450As the day before we went to Xenia this year.
Interestingly, that's also the aisle where our Radiation Pagers would not
stop alarming...?  Could not ID the source(s) of the radiation - no doubt
there are multiple Radium paint sources back there.  Ah, the Good Old
Days...

Also possibly interestingly, I was probably the only other bidder on the
subject private auction and today I received an invite to a second chance
to buy the guy's "other" NIB power adapter, which I did.  It's only money,
guys...
