You might have trouble with patch cables, but every hunk of CAT5 UTP (plenum) cable I've seen has 8 solid copper 24 gauge conductors , four twisted pairs. Handy stuff. If you know an installer you should be able to get a lifetime supply from his scrap. 73, Bob W9RAN
