[ARC5] 70.7V Line Transformer for audio matching

     Just use the closest impedances and forget about the power. 
The power assumes a fixed amount in the primary, forgot how much. 
Levels of individual speakers adjusted by the mismatch. I don't 
know how much power out the BC-348 has but the more or less 
matched condition may be _very_ loud.
